I made this for dinner tonight, and it's quite tasty! Measurements might be a little off, since I didn't measure or record. I went by taste, and I recommend you do the same.

Preparation:
Combine everything but the chicken and mushroom into a sauce pan, over gentle heat. Mix well, and then taste - make sure it tastes good to you before proceeding. See above caution that these measurements are guestimates.
Turn up the heat to medium, Add the chicken, saute until mostly cooked. Add the portobello, saute until cooked.
Serve!

- 1/2 tbsp lemon juice

- Fresh ginger, grated, to taste
- 2 chicken breasts, cubed
- 1 fresh portobello, sliced or whatever
